The Dying to Know Day theme for 2024 is personalising final arrangements and building community. Our series of talks for this event will include the following:
10am - 10.45am What to do when someone dies/Creating a funeral plan - Rebecca Lyons, Solace
11am - 11.45am Creating a Compassionate Community - Kate Glover, Palliative Care Tasmania
12pm - 12.45pm Everyone has a story to tell - Steph Kirkman Meikle, Hospice Volunteers
You are welcome to attend for one talk only or stay for all three. Refreshments will be provided.
