This workshop is for you if:
- You want to be independent walker into old age.
- You want to have better access to your bodily resources of Stability and Balance.
- You want to avoid falls and slips.
- You want to sit better, stand with ease, and walk gracefully and efficiently.
You will learn:
- Six mobility tests to measure your progress;
- Six simple exercises and postural adjustments to improve balance and walking;
A handout with detailed description of the exercises is provided at the end of the workshop so that you can do the practices and exercises on your own.
Places are limited and personal attention is given to each student.
