If you’re feeling fatigued, heavy, dull, or emotionally off-kilter, a few minutes of yogic breathing can invigorate, renew, and carry you through your day or a difficult yoga session. In yoga, there are a variety of breathing techniques that can influence and change your experience in asana, relaxation, and meditation. A stronger connection to and control over your breath can allow you to be more in tune with your physical, mental, and emotional bodies, as well as assist anchor your awareness in the present.

This breathwork practice is designed to Boost the Immune System, Decrease Inflamation, Increase Performance, Increase Lung Capacity/Longevity, Clear the energetic system, and Prepare for Meditation.

What is dynamic breathwork?

Dynamic Breathwork is a guided breathing meditation. The way we inhale and exhale is integrally linked to every system in our body. Bio hacking is a method of taking conscious control of your breathing system to bring about energetic changes across your whole body.

What to bring:
A journal, pen and a water bottle. An eye covering (eyemask, bandana) they are also available for $5. Optional: a sacred object

How to prepare:
Only have a light meal or snack before, not suggested on a full stomach or if you are pregnant. Wear comfortable clothing
