Morning Reset is a one-hour class designed to reset your body and mind before the workday. It’s not about sitting still for an hour — it’s about movement, expression, and finding real stillness afterwards.
The Flow (60 minutes):
✅ 10 mins powerful breathwork (Wim Hof style)
✅ 10 mins catharsis — shout, release, let go
✅ 10 mins shaking — wake up the body and nervous system
✅ 15 mins guided body scan meditation
✅ 15 mins freestyle dance — finish energised and alive
