A powerful, cathartic clearing of your energetic blockages. Using breathwork, catharsis, energy manipulation, movement, and dance, you will access and remove stagnant, repressed emotions that are holding you back from experiencing the bliss that is at your core.

Have you ever REALLY cried? Have you ever REALLY allowed the rage within you to be expressed? Have you ever REALLY grieved, thrown yourself around? REALLY and TOTALLY let yourself go completely?
There are many reasons we choose (either consciously or subconsciously ) not to feel and express the depth of our emotions. We are afraid of what others, society, or even ourselves may think. We are also understandably avoidant of fully diving into pain, sadness, anger and other “negative” feelings.
So as not to feel them, we stuff them far down into the subconscious mind where they stay or cause blockages within the energetic body. These blockages cause imbalance, disease, self-sabotaging habitual patterning, and most vitally, prevent the free flow of vital lifeforce energy that is the basis of peace and joy.
Dynamic Meditation is a scientific process created by rebellious mystic, Osho. It supports, encourages, and celebrates emotional release so that you can finally be free of the stored emotions that are keeping you imprisoned.
It is a chance for you to scream as loudly, rage as furiously, laugh as hysterically, cry as desperately, move as wildly, and grieve more deeply than you have ever done before. Think of it as a monthly spring cleaning of the body and mind, which then allows clearer access to the bliss that is at your core.
It is not for the faint hearted. It is intense and challenging, but powerful and liberating! It is for those of us who know that the beauty of our lives comes from the depth of our lows and the height of our highs. The ones who ache to break through the confines of our humanness to experience the God that lies within.

**RUNDOWN OF THE EVENT**
~ Arrival in the space in silence to allow dropping in to self.
~ Detailed instructions given for the meditation process.
~ The meditation: A 5 stage process completed to music blindfolded- this is a personal practise done in a group setting (very powerful in a collective) supported by your facilitators.
~ Savasana to conclude the meditation.
~ Connective sharing circle (you share as much as you feel comfortable to share but this can be a very illuminating part of the process).
~ Tea + snacks and informal social connection.
**DETAILS OF THE EVENT**
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the start time of 7:30am. Latecomers will not be allowed to participate. Doors close firmly at 7:30am. It is best to have an empty stomach and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

THE 5 STAGES
Stage 1: Breathwork
Intense, unsystematic, unpatterned breathwork to occupy the conscious brain, distracting it from its usual task of keeping the unconscious urges, thoughts, and feeling suppressed allowing for the subconscious to filter through.
Stage 2: Catharsis
The eruption, the full expression of these repressed emotions from the subconscious. Permission to feel and express all that is unacceptable to normally express. Scream, shout, cry, jump, kick, shake, dance, sing, laugh; throw yourself around.
Stage 3: Kundalini Jumping
Activation of sexual life force energy through jumping and mantra. Inciting creativity and an overwhelming feeling of aliveness.
Stage 4: Presence in Stillness
Standing and witnessing everything that is happening inside and out.
Stage 5: Dance
Dance or move in any way that you feel, feeling fully the liberation, the joy, and the bliss that comes from completing these practises. The mind is free and bliss is embodied.

**ABOUT THE FACILITATORS**
Sophia is a seeker, connector, and an impassioned steward of Mother Earth. With an honours degree in Psychology, Sophia has spent the last decade seeking out practices that break through the barrage of social conditioning, emotional trauma, and habitual patterning so as to align us with our higher selves. Sophia facilitates meditation, yoga, and sacred women’s work, which she combines with deep ecology and nature connection practises. Sophia is a 200hr registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, and Certified OSHO Active Meditation Instructor.
