New venue you say?!? 
We are spreading ourselves across two venues.. That's right folks, more love to go around.
The Queen's Theatre have opened their doors to us and will now be our bi-monthly home, meaning we will be Interchanging between the stunning Summertown Studio and Queen's Theatre. Um, how lucky are we??

And what a way to welcome us into this new spot! We have Kaurna Land based duo Caressa jumping on the line up to open the show, how magical!

If you are new to this event DYS -this is a safe place for all to connect. We host spoken word events in the community and provide a safe and inclusive space for all folks to step up onto the open mic and share their stories. Fancy sharing your poetry with us? We welcome you to brave it and sign-up to the open mic, tix to reserve your place on the mic, but be quick as spots are limited.. Or simply come along and watch poets share their words. 
This event is for poets of all levels.

Don't leave it last minute, open mic spots are limited, get your tix now. $10 entry, free for First Nations Folks. There is also the option to purchase a pay it forward ticket, to shout someone a spot as we know times are tough and we would never turn anyone away.
