E-bikes Parent Information Session

We invite parents and carers to attend an important information session on e-bike safety and the new requirements being introduced at PBC.

The session will provide an overview of recent legislation, our school’s E-Bike Safety Program, and the mandatory training that will be delivered through CARE. Parents will also hear from representatives of the Queensland Police Service, who will share valuable insights into current safety concerns and legal responsibilities.

Topics covered will include:

• Current e-bike risks and safety expectations

• Safe riding practices for young people

• Overview of PBC's E-Bike Safety Program

• Mandatory student training through CARE

• How parents can support safe and responsible e-bike use

This session is designed to help families better understand their role in promoting safe e-bike use and ensuring students can travel to and from school safely and responsibly.
