  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Join us for a fun activity and delicious lunch

10:30-11:30am Optional MiniGolf (Wheelchair and pram accessible course)

11:30am Arrival, Drinks at Bar

12:00 - 2pm Lunch

During lunch we will share achievements, say thank you to our volunteers and supporters and discuss our vision for the coming year. 

President Alan Briggs will hand the baton to incoming President Kate McKenzie.
