Clear out your clutter at E-waste & More!

Join us for E-waste & More – a free community event where Brimbank residents can recycle tricky household items and get help with electrical repairs and safety checks.

You can bring:

E-waste: Anything that plugs in or runs on batteries (like TVs or computers)
Batteries: All household types, including toys and items with built-in batteries
White goods: Fridges and freezers (max 2 per household)
Solar panels
Mattresses: Max 2 per household (no bed bases)
Soft plastics and polystyrene
End-of-life textiles: Old clothing or linen not fit for donation
End-of-life pots and pans: Not suitable for donation

This event is for household quantities only. No commercial waste will be accepted.

The event is free for Brimbank residents. Please bring proof of your Brimbank address, such as your driver’s licence or rates notice. Maximum one ticket per household.

After dropping off your items, stay to learn how your materials are recycled, chat with an electrical repair expert, and enjoy a free appliance safety check from our test and tag team. There’s space to park, grab a coffee, and get involved!

This event is supported by local e-waste recycler ReSource. We’re also proud to work with Soft Landing (mattresses), Close the Loop (soft plastics), Foamex (polystyrene), and Textiles Recyclers Group (end-of-life textiles) to make sure your items are turned into something new.
