Young Change Agents is a powerhouse of tech talent, from Tech Startup experts to systems gurus to platform builders! We are supporting 80 schools nationally to facilitate our Digital Boss program and supporting these teachers to 'up their game' and feel confident supporting digital prototyping for their students to showcase their ideas digitally.Â
Regardless of the type of entrepreneurial program your school is implementing, some students will generate ideas for digital products or services to solve their community problems. Â
In this session, you will learn how to effectively support your students in building prototypes for digital businesses, such as apps, websites, chatbots, and games. Explore a range of accessible no-code tools. The session features a practical demonstration of developing a basic mobile app prototype without coding.Â
Guest Educator:Â
Brett Dascombe is a legendary STEM educator, and multiple education award winner. Brett is currently based at Wavell Heights State High School and how lucky they are to have his expertise in geography and STEM based learning. At the workshop, Brett will guide us through using GenAi to prototype proposals, and using and creating mapping apps to support student ideas and open their minds to digital possibilities. Brett encourages the philosophy that students are the IT experts and educators need to be supporters and encourage student agency.

What is E3?
Based on the success of our 2022 Entrepreneurial Educators Exchange (E3) and 2023 Leadership in-person events, we are excited to introduce regular events to facilitate networking and learning from educators and leaders across Australia. The Entrepreneurial Education Exchange (E3) is a community of practice for schools and the wider eco-system involved in introducing and embedding entrepreneurial education into Australian schools. As an emerging discipline, schools can share successes, challenges, and opportunities whilst advocating for wider support and recognition of the value of this type of education as one part of a wider approach.
