    ABOUT MONIQUE HELSTROM

    As the “How” to Simon Sinek’s “Why” for almost a decade, I worked as the Executive Assistant, Producer, and “Chief of Simon,” New York Times best-selling author and TED celebrity.

    I produced everything he did to inspire and scale his movement, including launching three of his best-selling books, developing his world-famous speaking career, and coordinating his media appearances.

    I had the opportunity to meet thousands (and thousands) of people, all of whom were unique and special. Yet, the issues they faced were quite similar.

    What do I bring to the table and how can I use those skills to amplify a partnership, team, or organization?

    My experience gave rise to my practical and honest approach to individual excellence, team collaboration, and how communication is at the center of it all.
