THE GATHERING EFFECT
Designing Offsites That Inspire, Align, and Drive Action!
As the architects of your organization’s most pivotal moments, you know an offsite is more than just a meeting—it’s a chance to align teams, reinforce culture, and spark meaningful change. But turning an offsite from a logistical event into a truly transformational experience requires a strategic approach.
In this webinar, Lindsey Caplan will share proven frameworks and practical tools she’s used to help companies like Fivetran design offsites that drive lasting impact. Alongside Beth Portesi, she’ll provide inspiration and guidance to help you confidently shape offsites that resonate—not just in the moment, but for the long term. You’ll leave with actionable insights to elevate your role as a strategic partner and create offsites that don’t just bring people together—they move them forward.
Lindsey Caplan is the Founder and Lead Consultant at The Gathering Effect, a consultancy specializing in one-to-many influence through strategy, design, and facilitation. Her work ensures these moments don’t just deliver information but engage, align, and move people to action.Lindsey has helped companies like CrowdStrike, Bloomberg, Coinbase, LaunchDarkly, Shell, GE, and Airtable turn their gatherings into catalysts for lasting change.
