Description

The inspiration for this exhibition comes from the beautiful nature, especially the land of Australia where artist Qing Zhang has lived for ten years. Also, Eastern and Western paintings, such as traditional Chinese bird and flower paintings and Japanese woodblock prints, have given a lot of inspiration for composition. Watercolour possesses a vitality and wisdom that continues to instruct and will always remain a mentor.

Wyndham – Creativity That Connects

On the lands of the Bunurong and Wadawurrung Peoples—who have always belonged to this Country of rivers, stars, hills and red soils—Wyndham is a place where creativity is shared. Here, culture is alive in public spaces, shaped by the knowledge of Traditional Owners and the work of diverse local artists.

Across Wyndham, creativity invites you in.
