This series explores ear reflexology for all ages, with each session focusing on a specific age range and common non-medical wellbeing concerns such as stress, sleep, emotional regulation, comfort, and relaxation.

Each session includes:

Age-appropriate ear reflexology techniques
Reflex zone diagrams and explanations
Practical demonstrations and self-help tips
Home practice guidance
