This series explores ear reflexology for all ages, with each session focusing on a specific age range and common non-medical wellbeing concerns such as stress, sleep, emotional regulation, comfort, and relaxation.

Each session includes:

  • Age-appropriate ear reflexology techniques

  • Reflex zone diagrams and explanations

  • Practical demonstrations and self-help tips

  • Home practice guidance

Thursday 29 January – Ages 0–7

  • When do i get the videos?

  • Do i receive a certificate?

    Yes, you will receive a certificate at the end of the course. Certificates are emailed within 3 days of course completion. For those requiring CPT points, this course provides 12 Gold points with the Reflexology Association.
