Stretches to warm up and wake up your body and mind
A signature "Dru Energy Block Release" sequence to get your energy flowing
Yoga postures and sequences to ignite vitality in your whole body
Options for stronger more dynamic poses if you prefer
Short guided relaxation to clear the negative effects of stress
Small, friendly, fun boutique class - max 6 people in a class
Experienced yoga instructor and life coach with 20+ years teaching experience
The class is 65 minutes, but option to do a shorter class if you are short on time

A Boutique Class

This is small and personal class, of 6 people max, offering you each individual instruction, support and guidance.

I will be opening my home to you to share the sun-rise filled lounge room with bushland views, the perfect place to do yoga.

Discover how yoga and breathwork can boost your energy levels, AND and at the same time bring you into a calm focused vibrant state that sets you up for the day. Taster Class option available on booking

Ideal for those who have some previous yoga experience, and want to take their personal yoga practice a bit deeper.

IF you are a beginner or new to yoga then this class may still be suitable for you , but check in with Morag before booking

If you have injuries, or health considerations you may find my gentle yoga or chair based yoga classes more suitable
