Dynamic flowing yoga to wake up your body and get you ready for your day, tap into your abundant energy and create a calm clear mind.

Set your intention for the day
Fun stretches to warm up and wake up your body and mind
A signature "Dru Energy Block Release" sequence to get your energy flowing
Yoga postures and sequences to ignite vitality in your whole body
Options for stronger more dynamic poses if you prefer
Short guided relaxation to clear the negative effects of stress
Small, friendly, boutique class - max 6 people in a class
Experienced yoga instructor and life coach with 20+ years teaching experience
The class is 65 minutes, but option to do a shorter class if you are short on time

A Boutique Class

This is small and personal class, of 6 people max, offering you each individual support and guidance. I will be opening my home to you to share the sun filled lounge room, with bushland views, the perfect place to do yoga.
