Event description

Housing is...?

A century ago, housing helped define a new era in the world. Perhaps lessons from the past can guide our choices today?

In this third informal, participatory, and interactive EAROPH Australia catch-up, members and friends are invited to reflect on the ever evolving interaction between housing and society.

Architect and Planner Dr. Martin Butcher, long-time EAROPH member, will spark the conversation with a short presentation, “Housing is…?” Together, we’ll explore how insights from history might illuminate new pathways for the housing challenges of today and tomorrow.

An introduction to EAROPH Australia's vision and history will be provided by EAROPH Australia President Jaime Parsons.

Feel free to share the event link with anyone you think would be interested: let us build understanding, exchange ideas and learn together about how to tackle the challenges of our towns and cities.
