EAROPH AU networking sessions: housing now and then - lessons from the past?
Event description
Housing is...?
A century ago, housing helped define a new era in the world. Perhaps lessons from the past can guide our choices today?
In this third informal, participatory, and interactive EAROPH Australia catch-up, members and friends are invited to reflect on the ever evolving interaction between housing and society.
Architect and Planner Dr. Martin Butcher, long-time EAROPH member, will spark the conversation with a short presentation, “Housing is…?” Together, we’ll explore how insights from history might illuminate new pathways for the housing challenges of today and tomorrow.
An introduction to EAROPH Australia's vision and history will be provided by EAROPH Australia President Jaime Parsons.
