Earth Altar Medicine Circle - Community event

I'd like to use this energy of the New Year to bring sisters together for a nurturing collective experience of building an Earth Altar and then gathering around it in ceremony to sing and set a collective intention for the New year 2024.

This is a community offering with a small monetary investment of $10 to cover the cost of cacao. I've chosen not to cap this event at any particular amount of attendees but trust that whoever feels the call to be there will show up. So bring your sisters, mothers, aunties, neighbors...

Please bring along:

🌿 Material for the Earth Altar. This can be seashells, seed pods, rocks and stones, crystals, fresh or dried flowers, sticks, feathers, rice, legumes etc.... May I please ask you to be mindful when foraging from nature.

🌿 Your own mug for the cacao drop in and a light snack for yourself (if you choose to.)

🌿A cushion to sit on.

🌿 An instrument if you have one and your favorite medicine songs. I'm calling in all the sisters with their frame drums and rattles 🧡

🌿 A white candle + holder

🌿 This is a women's event and the invitation is to prioritise and make some time for yourself. Babies in arms are welcome but I unfortunately don't see toddlers working in this space. Older children at your own discretion.

🌿There's limited parking available at the Currumbin rockpools and by the Long Tan park. Carpooling is encouraged.
