Event description

Join us for a day of connection and creation in beautiful Denmark, Western Australia

We will begin the day with a guided meditation to connect with the elements around us and the Earth below us at the stunning outdoor location Lyra House where opportunities to connect with nature are abundant.

You will then be guided by Prue from @earth.altering as she offers teachings about how you can use your Altar to connect with the elements (fire, water, air & earth) and balance you're mental, spiritual, physical and emotional bodies.  We will then begin the beautiful collaborative experience of building an Altar as a group.  Within the process everyone has the opportunity to bring their own unique energy and eye for detail to the project.  Each group Altar has its own way of evolving and when the end product is finished, the subject reveals itself as an explosion of collaborative love.

Kate will then take us through the eight pleasure pillars to deeply connect with ourselves.  Embodying the eight pleasure pillars is a journey to opening and coming home to your body, heart and pleasure.  The pillars are access points into the body.  You will learn practises to take you within your inner being, commune with your soul, your essence and your divine truth.  They take you on a journey within, unfurling the ultimate ecstasy, the orgasmic energy that is connection to self.

Are you ready to soften into your most sacred, intimate parts of your being?

There will be an amazing plant based picnic platter for lunch and snacking throughout the day as well as cacao on arrival and light refreshments.

This is going to be such a mind, body and soul nourishing day and we can't wait to spend it with you!
