This work may be uncomfortable and at times confronting as it calls for unearthing hidden aspects of our subconscious and psyche- when we bring these aspects into the light they no longer remain in the shadow -More about the facilitator:I am a certified yoga practitioner and devoted space holder with a particular interest in the energetic body.

With a propensity to connect to the subtle realms through embodied movement/dance I incorporate this into my daily practice.I am passionate about self-healing and integration and draw on my own life experience and training to help guide sessions that cultivate self-awareness and inspire others to work intuitively with their bodies.

I am involved with other community-oriented projects including The Cosmic Dancefloor (ecstatic dance) Shaktiflow (embodied yoga) and The Sacred Sound Collective (sound journey healing)
Other passions include making music, raising my children in an inclusive and holistic household and collaborating with others in a way that uplifts, inspires and brings expansion in the celebration of life.
