In the Dagara tradition of West Africa, they say that memories are stored in your bones... ancestral memories, genetic memories... memories of a way of living in closer connection with the earth... with soil, and with soul.
Earth & Soul Wisdom is a weekend retreat of deep reconnection, replenishment, renewal... and remembering.
Time to rest into the Earth’s natural rhythms and return to your own natural rhythm and hum in your body & bones.
We journey with the Medicine Wheel as our map- to circle and drop deeper into your own innate ancestral knowing, in connection and relationship with Mumma Earth and the Cosmos.
With shamanic practices & meditations, story, prayer, ritual and creative explorations, we navigate our way into our own wild depths, to draw upon the well of soul wisdom within.
To land and anchor, sink your roots in… drink from these deep waters... and bring the nourishment and medicine of your soul back up into your life... Enabling you to walk and live in the world from a stronger sense of connection to your deep self.
When we take the time to reconnect, replenish and recalibrate to nature and soul, we can bring a more grounded and aware presence into our daily lives and can navigate the wilds of life with greater wisdom, clarity, courage and kindness.
The retreat is held on 55 acres of wild & beautiful country, overlooking the winding bend of Dyarubbin/Deerubbin (the Hawkesbury River). All healthy, delicious meals and accommodation included.

$530 own room
$430 camping with own equipment
You can book/secure your place with a $150 deposit and pay the remainder by the retreat.
