Earth Dance is intentionally crafted container for radical embodiment through the medium of ecstatic dance and electronic music (predominantly).

DJ / Movement Facilitator: Carlyn Creatress is a long time dancer and self-expression enthusiast. Her devotion to exploring the multi-genre soundscapes of various dance floors across Australia have led her to burst into the Ecstatic Dance scene as Cairns/FNQ newest resident DJ. Carlyn Creatress invites you into the Temple of Dance ~ where shamanic, hypnotic, sensual, high-vibe sounds weave together with sassy basslines and gritty tunes that keep you on your toes. Rooted in intentional and conscious creation her sets are designed for expression through all textures and layers of self with full permission to just move how you feel.

Movement warm up: “Embodied Movement: Awakening your Self”
Somatically feel where you are and invite more presence into your body before losing yourself in the momentum of dance. Carlyn will guide you through a sequence of intentional movements and embodiment processes to anchor within your being to deepen your dance experience.

Timeline:
3pm - Arrive, settle in
3:30pm - Movement warm up
4pm - DJ Set (seamless start)
6pm - Closing circle
6-7pm - Complimentary chai and integration (leave at your leisure)
