Celebrate Earth Day with a mindful and immersive experience that’s all about slowing down and reconnecting with nature. Our Forest Bathing Hike takes you into the heart of the woods for a rejuvenating and sensory journey, where every step is a celebration of the Earth’s beauty.

Led by our expert guide who brings decades of teaching experience and her signature blend of dry humor and fun, this hike offers a refreshing escape from city life while fostering a deeper connection to the environment and yourself.

What to Expect:

🌿 Guided mindfulness practices to connect deeply with nature through all your senses.
🧘‍♀️ Invitations to sit, walk slowly, breathe, explore, and share experiences with others.
🌳 A serene and joyful connection to the Earth and like-minded nature lovers.
🍴 A post-hike stop at a cozy local eatery for food, drinks, and great conversation.

What to Bring:

Sturdy hiking shoes or sneakers (required).
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended).
A daypack with water and a sandwich or snacks.
A notebook if you’d like to jot down reflections during the experience.

Event Schedule:

10:00 AM – Meet in the lobby (2nd floor) of Chelsea Piers Fitness
10:30 AM – Depart for the forest location
12:00 PM – Arrive at the trailhead and begin forest bathing
1:00 PM – Snack break in the woods
3:00 PM – Conclude forest bathing and head to a local eatery
6:00 PM – Depart back to NYC

Timing is approximate and subject to group pace and traffic.
