   1. Car Pass

      As part of our efforts to reduce the festival's environmental footprint, promote car pooling and reduce the amount of traffic on the roads, we have a car pass system for Earth Frequency 2024. All cars entering the festival require a car pass. This car pass covers small to large cars, 4wds and vans. Car passes are required regardless of which camping option you choose. Car passes are available for $50. You can purchase a car pass at the same time as purchasing your festival tickets or buy it stand-alone. Please car pool as much as possible and make sure you plan your drive well and have a sober, well rested driver for the drive to and from the festival.

   3. Early Entry Pass

      If you are happy with the general camping option included in your ticket but want to beat the big Friday rush, arrive a day early to get settled in before the festival kicks off officially on Friday morning, we now have an early entry pass which is available for $40 per person. These will be limited in numbers to a maximum of 400 so we recommend getting in early if you want to pick up one of these early entry passes. Love Camp will have a Thursday evening session to warm things up for all the early arrivals! With a general camping early entry pass, you may arrive from 9am on Thursday May 2nd and you must leave the festival venue by midday on Tuesday May 7th. It is important to note that in general camping, you will be directed to particular zones upon entry by the traffic and camping team and there are no options for saving space for friends or choosing a particular zone of the campsites. This is to create a smooth ingress process, smooth flowing traffic and to ensure there is space for everyone. If you want a guaranteed placement or to be able to camp next to friends who may be arriving at a different time to you, we recommend purchasing a deluxe camping plot.

Family Camping will be managed to ensure only campers with families who have purchased family camping tickets will be in this space. The family camping upgrade is $40 per adult ticket holder (the same price as a general camping early entry pass) and the ticket price will go towards support space facilities, as well as helping us to know how many families we are catering for. There is no charge for children of any age to camp in Family Camping with their family. For families camping in the Family Camping space, it will be very easy to wake up, connect with other families, head over to the Crib for all the morning activities and then enjoy a short walk in to the main festival entertainment zone. In the afternoons, there will be live performances, music and children’s entertainment, and as evening approaches enjoy an end of day movie that your little ones can unwind to as they get ready for bed. Family Camping will also have a dedicated parent support hub for all your parental needs, which will offer access to utilities and supplies should you run out and require a little help.

   5. EFF-Express Shuttle Bus

      Tickets are now on sale for the EFF2024 EFF-Express Shuttle Bus for anyone who might not wish to drive to the festival or who are without a car. There will be a Bus Service from the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal, to Roma Street, to the Ipswich Train Station and then to the festival, and it will follow the reverse route heading back from the festival. The EFF express will depart on Friday May 3 at 10am (QLD Time) from the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal, 11am from Roma Street, 12pm at the Ipswich Train Station, and arriving at the festival at approximately 12.30pm. The return service departs from the festival at 4pm (QLD Time) on Monday May 6, stopping at the Ipswich Train Station at 4.30pm and then on to Roma Street Station by no later than 6pm and Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal by no later than 7pm. Tickets are $70 return, regardless of where you get on the bus.
