In honour of Earth Hour on Saturday, join us for a special yoga session designed to help us ground and reconnect - with ourselves and with the planet we work so hard to protect!

As sustainability professionals, we often carry the weight of urgency and responsibility. This hip-opening practice is about releasing tension, creating space for resilience, and finding balance - both physically and mentally.
