The breath session is done laying down... that's right you get to lay down with a small pillow and soft blanket to keep you warm and comfy!

Cultivating a relationship with your own breath, journeying on a healing path to supreme peace and gratitude.

Consciously breathing whilst being guided through with breath sequence offerings and music. There is no expectation or judgement with Earth My Soul Classes, this is your journey and your body won't release what its not ready to.

Conscious connected breathing is the most powerful natural healing tool you can use, although its a natural breath, the one you've had since birth, we are conditioned to fall out of it over time. This is an opportunity to reconnect with your own natural healing breath.

Class runs for a total of approx 1hr

6.30pm - 8pm with pre and post settling time

Although this is a natural healing offering it can be extremely impactful so by purchasing you agree to have no underlying mental or health conditions that may affect your journey. This is your own healing path and you must consult your doctor prior to purchasing and listen to your own body throughout the session.
