ECSTATIC DANCE & CACAO CEREMONY - MEN & WOMEN (3 hour immersion)

We are honoured to journey with you for a final sacred cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance - this will be the absolute last in-person event for Earth Rooted Sisters before our Kayla ventures off in her van. This event is heavly based around combining the two powerful medicines; sacred cacao and ECSTATIC DANCE.

Combining the energy of masculine and feminine; the invitation is to expand your soul, align you with your true purpose, arm you with the tools to allow fleeting doubts and untrue programming to roll off your back unfazed by your consciousness

We will start with a sacred cacao ceremony, With simply one ceremonial dose of Keith’s cacao, you can have a remarkable experience, filled up with benefits/gifts of accessing the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual inner realms.

We will then guide you into movement. Movement is life. It helps you to fully inhabit your body, to experience the present moment, and to feel the deep connection you have with the universe. It is when we are in an active phase, moving, creating, flowing, expanding that we feel most alive. This type of movement allows us to experience through our bodies, rather than through our minds. Our bodies can hold memories and emotions without us even realising, moving in this way provides us with a safe container to release stagnancy within the body that is no longer serving our highest good.
