    Join us for our annual evening honouring Tasmanian native foods, as we collaborate with celebrated author Rees Campbell, who’s Eat Wild Tasmanian book series offers a deep dive into the flavours of Tasmanian wild bush food, cooked from the heart, with honesty.

    The evening will be blessed with a special guest appearance from Rees. We will hear of Rees' delicious journeys in the past year, as she continues to expand her lifelong passion for Tasmanian wild bush food. Rees will share her knowledge of the nutritional benefits of adding foraged wild seaweed to our dinner tables.

    Rees brings a burning passion and breadth of knowledge for Tasmanian wild edibles, and will share her learnings from her experiences at her wild food nursery, Murnong Wild Food Garden in Wynyard, Tasmania.

    Settle into the evening with roaming horderves and a free drink on arrival, followed by a 3-course meal featuring Tasmanian wild edibles and local produce from Tasmania's best growers.

    This is an intimate licensed 18+ event with limited capacity.
