Event description
The East Perth Community Group's Annual General Meeting for 2025 will take place at the Langley Park Pavilion on Thursday 18 September. Doors open 5:30, join us from 5.30 pm (for a 6 pm start) to hear about what's been achieved this year and to help shape our future activities.
The meeting should run for less than an hour.
In keeping with caretaker conventions, no elected members or candidates for the CoP Lord Mayor/OCM will be speaking at our AGM and there will be no displays of how to vote information.
We have a separate event on 12 September at which all candidates have been invited to speak.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you intend to vote on any motions you need to be a fully paid up (ordinary) member. If you have not yet paid your membership you can do so here (when prompted to "continue as guest" please use the email address that receives our newsletter):

Tickets (in priority order) are available for:
Ordinary members - who have paid the $10 fee and who are eligible to vote.
Associate members - members on our mailing list but who have not yet paid a membership fee.
Visitors and Guests (if numbers permit).
Agenda papers have been included in the documents in the email sent to your membership email address.
