Looking for a fun and enriching activity for your child this Easter break? Join us at The Centre of Dance for two-day Dance Camp! From ballet to jazz and contemporary dance, our camp offers a variety of styles to spark creativity and and foster a love for dance in children aged 6-17.

Group 1: 6-10 yrs old

Group 2: 11-17 yrs old

• Date: Friday, 12th April 2024
• Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Price:

Half Day (9:00 am - 12:30 pm): $55

Full Day (9:00 am - 4:00 pm): $85

Schedule:

• 9:00 - 10:00: Parterre Class: Start your day with the fundamentals of dance, focusing on posture, alignment, and basic techniques.
• 10:15 - 11:15: Ballet Class: Delve into the timeless art of ballet, refining your skills in grace, precision, and expression.
• 11:30 - 12:30: Repertoire: Explore iconic dance pieces, learning choreography from renowned performances.
• Lunch Break
• 13:00 - 14:00: Character Dance: Discover the art of storytelling through dance, incorporating theatrical elements into your performance.
• 14:15 - 15:00: Jazz: Feel the rhythm with upbeat jazz moves, mastering turns, leaps, and energetic routines.
• 15:15 - 16:00: Contemporary: Immerse yourself in the freedom of movement, expressing emotions through modern dance.
