Easter in Nature - Greener Wilder West 2023
Event description
Easter in Australia - it’s getting colder, leaves are starting to turn colour, and the animals are preparing for the cooler seasons.
This Easter Saturday, we invite you to celebrate Australia's native plants and animals in this fun-filled and educational program for kids between 4 and 10 years. Together with their parents, children will be introduced to our local flora and fauna through stories, nature based games, and art projects.
Led by our experienced education team, children will be able roam through the park, follow trails, and create some of our wild inhabitants while connecting with nature.
This 1-hour program will open your kids’ eyes to the beautiful outdoors.
Please note: Due to the environmental impact of hiding chocolate in our parks, we are unable to offer a traditional egg hunt.
Tickets include:
Participation for 1 child and one carer
Storytime
Hear how the turtle found her lost egg and discover what you can do to protect our freshwater turtles.
Native Australian Animal "Egg Hunt"
