Easter Saturday Cacao Ceremony & Boogie

Better than Chocolate..... Lighten up your Long Weekend..

Join us this Easter Saturday afternoon to share in the beautifully grounding and heart opening medicine of Ceremonial Cacao to carry us with an even deeper presence through 2 waves of Conscious Dance.

We will circle together to set intention and drink specially prepared ceremonial cacao before moving into 2 waves of Dancing Freedom movement meditation, with a pause to rest and integrate between the 2 waves.

Dancing Freedom is a simple and integrating movement meditation. Move any way you like in a safe, supportive space.
There are no steps to follow, no rules…just a willingness to listen inside while moving with the elements to an eclectic mix of world music. You can't get it wrong.
The facilitated wave will guide you from a grounded, Earthy slow start into the flow of Water, before tribal and trance beats help us connect with our Fire, for release, clearing, clarity and vitality.
We then open into both uplifting, tender and playful tracks in the element of Air, often finding that gateway back to our hearts, before landing with the final element of Ether, remembering our connection to all that is bigger. A gentle ethereal sound bath closes and helps to integrate the practice.
Bring a shawl, blanket and or yoga mat for extra comfort and a water bottle. All over 16 years welcome.

Bookings will close by 10am Saturday Morning in order to prepare enough of the Ceremonial Grade Cacao for everyone attending.
