Easter Special (Orange) POSTPONED
Event description
To get in the spirit of Easter, we are welcoming Penny Banks back to Orange to paint this adorable bilby with us. It is a great chance to embrace a splash of colour and finish with a beautiful piece to decorate your house for Easter.
Have a drink, have a good laugh and let the creative juices flow. Our artist will be your guide through the evening and will help you step-by-step in creating your very own masterpiece to take home at the end of the night.
We provide all the painting tools, including aprons. But make sure you wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit of paint on (just in case!)
Our classes are designed for amateurs, so don't worry if you haven't painted since you were 8, you've got this!
How it Works:
Arrive any time from 5.45pm onwards. Painting will commence approximately 6.10pm.
Our artist will break this painting down into bite sized chunks and take you through step by step. They will guide you though a step, then give you time to complete it. And so on until you have a finished piece to walk away with.
You'll be working with acrylic on canvas 30cm x 40cm. Other canvas sizes are available on request, however, we have found this is the best size to get good detail onto your painting in the time you have.
We aim to take the final photo between 8.30-8.45pm but you'll have some time afterwards to make any finishing touches. Doors close at 9.15pm.
FOOD & DRINK: Our Orange venue is BYO drinks and food, so bring along whatever you're in the mood for. We do have disposable glassware for you to use, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
NOTE: This venue is inside the Centrepoint Arcade and after-hours access will be from the BACK of the building on Colvin Lane. We'll have the side door open - please don't close it!
REFUNDS & CREDITS: Due to the preparation required for our events, we are unable to issue refunds on our events with less than 7 days notice. We will be happy to transfer your ticket to an alternate class with 48 hours notice.
