Celebrate Spring!  Celebrate Easter! Celebrate Anything!

Our upcoming Wine Pairing Dinner on March 28th continues our series with another gourmet 5 course meal, paired with wines specially selected by Nichole Ise of Legacy Brands to complement each other.  Wear your favorite pastels, Easter Bonnet or Sunday Best for this festive celebration of food, friends and fresh beginnings and you just might be selected as the winner of our Best Dressed on Theme contest. Bring along a newbie (a friend whose never been to our wine dinners before) and get a chance to win a bottle of wine selected by Nichole.  

This month's menu is very special, designed to reflect the season with fresh flavors, traditional favorites, and luscious decadence:

Appetizer: Deviled Eggs - 3 Ways (smoked salmon, dill pickle & dirty martini - these are not just delicious, they are kind of fun too!)

Cheese Course: German cheese sampler (according to Susan's mother - no-one makes better cheese than the Germans.  You can let us know if you agree!)

Salad: Fresh Pea and Greens with Mint & Manchego Salad (Fresh greens are known for helping to clean our bodies after a winter of heavier, richer foods - a sort of "spring cleaning" to bring new energy.)

Entre': Greek Lamb Chop with yogurt mint sauce served with Roasted English Potatoes (don't let the lamb scare you away - you might be surprised at how much you like it!)

Dessert: Croissant Pudding with Chocolate Kahlua Sauce  a gourmet twist on regular bread pudding.  (And, of course, we couldn't resist the chocolate.)
