Leave your city life behind and rejuvenate on our long weekend yoga immersion retreat! This is a convenient way to recharge your batteries, soak up some pristine natural countryside, practice your yoga, eat nourishing vegetarian meals and enjoy the company of new friends.

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

ALL THINGS YOGA

Morning & afternoon asana (yoga class). Guided meditation. Guided pranayama (breath work). Guided yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

Yoga in Daily Life is a traditional hatha style of yoga. The level we practice will depend on who attends, but usually it is a mix and therefore choices and options are given so you can practice as you need.

Yoga in Daily Life was developed by Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda (Vishwaguruji), an authentic Yoga Master who hails from a long lineage of great Indian Masters.

INSPIRATION

Yoga teachings and wisdom will be woven into the program to deepen our experience. Coupled with discussion and reflection to make it relevant for each of us to integrate into our daily life.

NOURISHMENT

All breakfasts and dinners are included in the retreat. Freshly prepared onsite by our qualified chef Antonia Joss.

Our meals will be will be delicious, satisfying and vegetarian keeping the yogi ethos in mind. Mostly vegan with gluten free options. Other dietary requirements may be accommodated, talk to us before booking.

Snacks, coffee and herbal teas are available 24/7.

RELAXATION

One of the days (probably Saturday) you will have the choice of

1. a Turkish Hammam experience.

This is a 1 hour group ritual in a heated marble steam room, surrounded by aromatherapy infused steam bliss involving exfoliation, French clay face mask, being covered in a cloud of vanilla mud bubbles, head massage and rose water spritz = a blissful experience!

2. a Therapeutic Relaxation Massage Therapy OR Mini Facial

A 30 minute treatment. Prepare to fully relax and rejuvenate. The highly professional massage therapists can discuss your personal requirements and massage options.

Boost the experience to 1 hour for an extra $45. Either a 1 hour massage OR combine a therapeutic back massage to ease away tense muscles with a calming and cleansing mini organic facial.

Or 90minutes massage for an extra $95

>> You'll be asked to choose! Though if there are enough therapists you could do both (for an extra cost and pre booking is required).

FREE TIME

This retreat is not an intensive as there will also be ample periods of free time for resting, reading, etc

There are walks around Daylesford Lake and a walk along part of the Goldfields track to various mineral springs where you can try the local natural spring water directly from a tap in the ground and enjoy the nature.

Sunday there is a farmers market in Daylesford which is nice for wandering, shopping, coffee and lunch.

SOCIAL CONNECTION

Over meals, in discussions, in the Turkish Hammam, during free time - enjoy making new friends and connecting with like minded people.

* Please do not choose to share with a person you don't know if you snore. It is better to team with a friend to share with. Alternately we will do our best to find you a roommate, but if there are no takers you'll be required to pay the single rate (which so far hasn't happened).
