Join us for an evening of joyful connection, nourishment, and healing around the Strawberry Full Moon 🌕.

Eat. Pray. Laugh. is a heart-opening gathering that brings together sound healing 🔔, sacred music 🎶, conscious laughter 😂, and plant-based nourishment 🥗 in a beautiful community setting. This experience is designed to support emotional release, spiritual connection, and celebration through the elements of voice, vibration, food, and joy.

All are welcome. Come exactly as you are and leave nourished, uplifted, and inspired. Let’s eat, pray, and LAUGH together!

🌿 What to Expect:

🥗 EAT – Enjoy a vibrant and nourishing vegan feast, crafted with love and intention to support your body, mind, and spirit.

✨ PRAY – Tune into the four elements — Earth, Water, Fire & Air — through sacred invocation and song. Participants will be invited to bathe in the high vibrations of prayer songs and an immersive sound journey, featuring instruments like handpan, gong, Native American flute, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and more. This is a deep, meditative offering of grounding, healing, and inner harmony.

🤣 LAUGH – Release and uplift with a fun-filled session of laughter yoga, led by the joyful Jeevi the Laughing Chef. Through breath, movement, and spontaneous laughter, experience the power of joy as medicine for the soul.

🎵 JAM (Optional)
To close the night, we’ll open the space for freeform jamming. Bring your instruments, your rhythm, your joy – and let’s create music together.

🌸 What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation
A water bottle (Awake Water provided – FREE)
A cushion and mat to sit and lie on
Optional: Musical instruments and/or prayer songs you'd like to share
Optional: Sacred items for the alter connecting to Fire / Water / Earth / Air

Anisha Shen

Holistic Event Facilitator | Qigong Practitioner | Educator

Anisha facilitates a range of holistic events bringing her musical and healing skills from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Native American healing practices. She plays a range of instruments including the handpan, Native American flute, shamanic medicine drum, ukulele, and sound bowls, and shares spiritual songs from the heart. Her work bridges ancient wisdom and modern healing through sound and movement, creating powerful spaces for connection and transformation.

Jeevi Ramtel – The Laughing Chef

Plant-Based Chef | Laughter Yoga Master | Wellness Caterer

Jeevi is a celebrated plant-based and raw food chef, laughter yoga master, and international retreat caterer. Originally from Nepal and now based in Australia, he is known for blending joyful energy and nourishing food in every experience. Winner of the 2012 Hot Raw Chef People’s Choice Award and co-founder of Raw Living Academy, Jeevi has led retreats and laughter sessions across Australia, the USA, Nepal, and India. His life philosophy:
