As you savour each bite, you'll gain insight into how these species affect our ecosystem and how ethical consumption can turn a problem into an opportunity.

Guided by passionate chef Angie from The Valley Table, this event is more than just a meal—it's a journey into the heart of sustainable eating, native flavors, and culinary creativity.

Saturday 1pm - The Valley Table, Kangaroo Valley - this will be out in the bush on a private property. Parking is limited and so we ask all attendees to carpool where possible. Please dress appropriately to eat outside.
