Join Rebecca, Roze and Tanya for a special workshop bringing consciousness to all parts of your body and mind.
Connecting with your body through movement fosters self-awareness and physical vitality.
Guided by Roze, we'll use gentle yoga movements and breath to deepen this connection. As you tune into sensations, feelings and energy flows, you start living life from a more harmonious and balanced state.
Your steps to eating consciously will change the way you eat. Rebecca will support you in tuning into your actions, build on your conscious thought to adapt the way you view and consume food, and navigate your internal monologue.
Closing out our time together, you'll be treated with a flavourful, nutritious lunch care of plant-based guru Tanya. Fresh salads, seed crackers, divine sweet treats and fresh juice awaits you.
Come and enjoy the combined expertise of our local nutrition and health coach, yoga and breathwork teacher, and plant-based food extraordinaire for a three hour workshop to feed your body and soul Well.
