This unique breathwork experience Under the Stars is an opportunity for you to release and rebalance your energy as day turns into night, creating space and freedom within. 

Bring balance to the nervous system, release stress and emotions that may be sitting under the surface and leave feeling lighter, free, open and connected.

First time and experienced breathers are all welcome.
