Event description
In honour of the ebbs and flows of the seasons, we are excited to introduce our Sunset Breathe!
Sunset Breathe will start at 3pm for an earlier finish, attuning to the slowing down that nature encourages during the winter months.
Connect with yourself, release and rebalance your energy as you soak up the afternoon sun on the beautiful FlowSt8 roof top.
Then enjoy a hot cacao in your favourite mug as you take in the magic of the winter sunset and hang out with like-minded people.
Leave feeling lighter, free, open and connected.
First time and experienced breathers are all welcome.
