Empowerment Cocoon — A Space to Discover what else is Possible

90 Minutes Just for You.

About the Experience

We have normalised the state of business that we barely notice how much we're carrying.

The constant thinking, responsibilities, expectations and pressure to keep everything moving can leave little room discover a calmer way of living.

What if you gave yourself 90 minutes to step away from it all and experience something different?

The Silent Headphone Empowerment Cocoon is an immersive experience combining music, sound, guided meditation, conscious awareness and The Work of Truth to support a fresh perspective on yourself and everyday life.

Wearing silent headphones and a blackout eye mask, you'll be invited to step away from external distractions and bring your attention inward.

Through carefully designed guidance, you'll have the opportunity to recognise the mental chatter, emotional responses and old familiar behavioural patterns that may be influencing how you feel, think and respond to life.

And perhaps discover that you have more choice in how you experience it all.

Nothing to prove. Nothing to achieve. No expectations to meet.

Simply an opportunity to become curious, explore your inner world and create space for greater clarity, balance and connection.

We'll finish gently, allowing time for your experience to settle through the mind, heart and body before returning to the room feeling more present and available to yourself.

Who Is This For?

Created especially for mothers, step-mothers and women in caregiving roles who spend so much of their time supporting others.

Perhaps you've been feeling:

Mentally overloaded by constant thinking
Emotionally numb and stretched by everyday responsibilities
Disconnected from your own needs
Caught in familiar reactions or stressful patterns
Ready to make yourself a priority again

Or perhaps life is going beautifully, and you'd simply love to invest some intentional time in yourself.

The Empowerment Cocoon invites you to explore opportunities for greater:

Self-Worth • Self-Trust • Self-Awareness • Emotional Balance • Mental Clarity • Inner Peace • Heart, Mind, Body & Spirit Connection • Presence

You don't need any previous meditation, sound or spiritual experience.

Just come as you are, with a willingness to participate and discover what's possible for you.
