23 January | ECA WA Special General Meeting

The sole item of business at the SGM will be Special Resolutions in similar terms to those proposed at the 2023 AGM, i.e. to:

Convert ECA WA from an incorporated association to a company limited by guarantee;
To change the name of ECA WA to Electrotechnology Training Institute Limited; and
To adopt a new constitution based on the outcome of the member consultation process referred to above.
