ECCQ Members Meeting - Health and Wellbeing! 

During our October Members Meeting at ECCQ about Mental Wellbeing, we shared with you the work we've been doing based on community consultations, and had an exciting line up of speakers share about their work in the mental health space.

Our next members meeting will be all about health and wellbeing, with an aim at promoting health and wellness within our multicultural community.

The event will feature a variety of activities, including health awareness presentations, health screenings, and interactive sessions designed to empower community members to take proactive measures towards their health and wellbeing.

This event is scheduled for 5:30PM for a 6PM start.
