Come and join me beneath the sandstone overhang of King’s Cave for a morning of rhythm, nature and connection.
We’ll gather in the beauty of the bush, surrounded by ancient sandstone and the sounds of the birds, and let the drum bring us into connection with ourselves, each other and the land.
Connecting with the medicine of cacao, this is a time to slow down, ground and be present while exploring the voice and rhythm of your own drum. A beautiful women’s circle held in nature to simply listen, breathe and connect.
You don’t need to be an experienced drummer, all levels are welcome. Bring your own drum or rattle if you have one, or come simply as you are.
