Step into a sanctuary of stillness, sound, and spirit.

Echoes from the East is a journey into deep vibrational healing, where the invisible becomes felt and the inaudible becomes known. Like sinking into the warm, mineral-rich waters of a sacred hot spring, this experience invites your body to soften, your nervous system to unwind, and your spirit to listen.

Sound is Medicine. It moves through us like breath, dissolving what no longer serves, and reawakening what has always been whole within us.

On this special evening, you’ll be guided through a carefully crafted sonic landscape featuring:

• The deep, enveloping resonance of gongs

• The luminous tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls

• The delicate, dance-like whisper of chimes

• And the Australian debut of the Zanmai kin: Samadhi Bowls — Handcrafted Japanese instruments of rare and sacred sound, created to still the mind and open the heart.

You are warmly encouraged to bring anything that will support your comfort:
A yoga mat, blankets, cushions, and an eye mask if you have one. We will also have a small number of mats and blankets available for those who need them.

This is a space to simply be. No effort, no expectation.
