FREE Early Childhood Class Registration

The Orange Regional Conservatorium is excited to offer a full week of FREE Early Childhood Music (ECM) classes for families to come and try before enrolling in Term 1, 2026.

We offer a range of classes designed for different early childhood stages — Babies, Toddlers, Preschoolers, and a Mixed Ages class perfect for families with more than one child or those who enjoy a group experience. With singing, movement, imaginative play, percussion instruments and plenty of musical fun, these sessions give families the perfect chance to see what our ECM program is all about — no cost, no commitment.

Whether you're curious about our program, looking to start music for the first time, or simply wanting a fun activity to enjoy with your child, we welcome you to join us.

Class Options

Baby Class (6–18 months)

Educator - Meg Clowes

A gentle introduction to music through movement, singing and sensory play. Babies explore sound, rhythm and pitch while bonding with their caregiver in a calm and joyful environment.

Toddler Class (18 months–3 years)

Educator - Meg Clowes

These active, play-based classes encourage imitation, movement and exploration. Toddlers develop coordination, independence and musical awareness through hands-on musical fun.

Preschool Class (3–5 years)

Educator - Meg Clowes

Preschoolers build early musicianship skills — steady beat, rhythm, pitch and creative expression. These sessions help children grow in confidence and imagination while laying strong foundations for future learning.

Mixed Ages (6 months–5 years)

Educator - Carmel Follent

A welcoming family-style class where younger children learn by watching others, and older children grow through leadership and example. A joyful blend of singing, movement and instrument play.

How to Join

Simply select the class (or classes!) you’d like to attend and reserve your free ticket. Spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality experience, so early registration is recommended.
