Eco-Art Therapy Workshop December
Join us in a 2 hour Nature & Art based workshop that explores our relationship with Nature, Art and Ourselves.
This workshop begins with a short guided meditation to help calm us, awaken our senses and rediscover our deep connection with Mother Earth.
Working alongside Mother Earth and Art materials, we are creating a child-like awe in the magic that is Nature. Connecting in with ourselves, using our senses to choose leaves, spark our imagination and create wonderous art.
Materials supplied, however it may be lovely if you find any special leaves you'd like to bring along to use.
No Art skills necessary.
Small intimate groups of 6 participants.
Small vegan treats and tea provided.
$30 (+booking fee) exchange per person.
Please arrive at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm start.
