ECO-CARE CIRCLES

Concerns about planetary health are greatly affecting the way we live, feel and act.

Many of us feel worry, sadness, stress, anger or helplessness. We need support and we deserve support. This sense of uncertainty need not be pathologized (anxiety, depression, crazy, traumatised). It’s a normal emotional response to feel deeply about what is happening in the world.

These emotions can actually guide us and spark creativity, action, possibility and a sense of renewed hope when we are in right relationship with each other and the world around us.

We will meet as a group monthly, on the last Tuesday each month for 2 hours.

We will explore ways to move from merely surviving to thriving. We will use a range of regenerative tools to quieten our busy minds. We will practice self-care methods to soothe our nervous system.

The circle will be capped at 20 people maximum. We need a minimum of 4 people to commence each month.

Prices are scaled

1) Full-fee ticket

(Working adults able to donate/support those unable to pay full ticket price).

2) Regular ticket

(Students, carers, able to cover costs of facilitation)

3) Concession ticket

(under/unemployed, BIPOC, disability, etc - pay what you can)
