Eco Fest - Mount Albert Team Up 2 Clean Up - 27 April 2025 (Sunday)

Are you looking for an awesome opportunity to give back to our community and support Papatūānuku?

Come and clean Mount Albert St Lukes area. Followed by a guest speech by Urban Ark! Refreshment afternoon tea will also be provided. 

Meet at 1 pm, 27 April, Sunday at Mt Albert Library, 84 Saint Lukes Road, Mount Albert.

All cleaning tools will be provided.

Mount Albert TEAM UP 2 CLEAN UP is special run by Urban Ark and Earth Action Trust and this event is part of the Albert-Eden & Puketāpapa Eco Festival.

This is a fantastic way to get out of that same-old-same-old routine, meet new people, exchange ideas to spark new ones, get light exercise and most of all make a difference to our community and environment.

Coming to the event please consider to:

• Check the weather forecast and wear appropriate gear.
• By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you are physically fit for outdoor work for 2 hours. 
• If you have allergies or medical conditions, carry any necessary medication and you should also inform the event lead if required.
• Practice good hygiene and stay home if you’re sick.
• Children Under 16 -  We welcome younger participants; please ensure they are accompanied by an adult for safety.

In case of extreme weather condition, you will be notified of the cancellation.

Earth Action Trust is a migrant-led charitable organization since December 2013. Its focus is environmental awareness through waste reduction and elimination to achieve the zero waste vision of New Zealand by 2040.
